What areas do you service?

We service clients nationally and internationally but have a local footprint in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Are there long-term contracts?

Yes, we offer bespoke options per client – Contact us and we will build a contract that best suits your needs. We also offer ad-hoc support too, charged at an hourly rate, for clients that do not require contracts.

Can you support our business remotely?

Our main form of support is remote, however certain issues do require us to be on site. Should we need to, we will discuss options with you in order for us to conduct a site visit.

Do you manage cybersecurity and antivirus solutions?

Yes, we have Cybersecurity options available to cater to your needs.

We use a widely trusted Antivirus solution that integrates seamlessly into your IT environment and keeps everything secure and protected.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team?

Yes, we currently offer IT Support on a consultancy basis for a range of customers but we will gladly work alongside your internal team to help resolve issues.

Do you manage Microsoft 365?

Yes, we are an authorized Microsoft 365 partner and have access to all their licensing options. Contact us to find out more.

Do you offer backup solutions?

Yes, we offer cloud AES-256 encryption backups on servers based in South Africa to ensure your data is kept safe and secure.
